Dan grew up in Central Illinois, graduating from Normal Community High School. He spent 2 years at Parkland, earning an Associate’s Degree in Business while also competing for the golf team. He continued his academics and golf at Chicago State University, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Dan has been in the voluntary benefits industry since 2019. Prior to joining Ware Group, he spent 4 years in the hospitality industry in Chicago. The opportunity to come back to his home town area presented itself and he is fitting in quite nicely. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and staying active outdoors either on the golf course or on the lake
