Brad Probst, a Senior Agent, brings extensive industry experience since 2007. He started at a large carrier’s corporate headquarters in marketing, then moved to sales for a marketing company, and served as an agent for a Fortune 500 insurance carrier.
Since joining Ware Group in 2012, Brad utilizes his expertise to create unique voluntary benefit plans and implementation strategies that deliver value to employers and employees. With a focus on education and fiduciary responsibility, Brad also serves as an extension of the employer‘s benefit communication process, leveraging his marketing experience. Brad holds a BS degree from Illinois State with a major in marketing, minor in sales, and a consistent presence on the Dean’s List.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, hiking, personal finance, and engaging in volunteer opportunities with SHRM and Kiwanis.
